摘要

以750 mL/r轴向柱塞泵为研究对象,对其在35 MPa高压、1 600 r/min高转速工况下试运行出现的关键部件磨损、黏铜、损坏等现象进行分析.通过优化关键部件的结构参数,提高结构件硬度、表面粗糙度等措施,并依据行业标准进行出厂试验和型式试验,相比优化前试验结果,优化后的关键性能参数如溢流特性和摩擦磨损特性等得到明显改善,证实了优化方案的有效性.

Abstract

With the 750 mL/r axial piston pump as the research object,the wear,copper adhesion and damage of the key compo-nents under 35 MPa high-pressure and 1 600 r/min high-speed were analyzed.By optimizing the structural parameters of key compo-nents,improving the hardness and surface roughness of structural components,delivery test and type test were carried out according to industry standards.Comparing to the test results before optimization,the optimized key performance such as spillage characteristics and friction & wear characteristics were significantly improved,which confirmed the effectiveness of the optimization scheme.
