With the development of aeroengine test technology,aeroengine general flight platform will become more and more im-portant as the key link of future engine test technology.Therefore,in order to solve the problem of hydraulic power loading technology in most aeroengine flight test projects,the aeroengine general hydraulic load system was designed.The basic design principle,heat exchange design,pipeline pressure loss design and overall construction technology of the general system were introduced in detail.Finally,the field ground commissioning test and air flight test verification were carried out.The test results show that the equipment has high integration,good convection heat transfer performance and high maintenance,which can meet the extraction requirements for the mechanical effi-ciency of a certain type of aeroengine hydraulic pump.
