目前在煤矿辅助运输行业,井下短距离的物料搬运与装卸工作基本依靠人工完成,人工劳动强度大、工作效率低.针对上述问题,设计短距离自吊车液压系统.通过介绍运输吊车机械结构和分析工作流程,确定相关液压缸的初始数据.完成液压缸的参数计算、液压马达的选型、液压泵的参数设计和油箱设计.对整个液压系统的工作流程进行分析,确定使用PLC控制系统控制液压回路,并设计运输吊车的液压原理图.通过对液压系统中各项压力损失的计算,表明压力损失在合理范围内,证明所设计液压系统的可靠性.
Design of Hydraulic System for Short Distance Self Crane
At present,in the auxiliary transportation industry of coal mine,the short distance material handling and loading and un-loading work in the underground basically depends on manual work,which is characterized by high labor intensity and low work efficien-cy.In view of the above problems,the hydraulic system of short distance self crane was designed.Through the introduction of the mechan-ical structure of the transport crane and the analysis of the work flow,the initial data of the relevant hydraulic cylinders were determined.The parameter calculation of the hydraulic cylinder,the selection of the hydraulic motor,the parameter design of the hydraulic pump and the design of the oil tank were completed.The work flow of the entire hydraulic system was analyzed,PLC control system was determined to control the hydraulic circuit,and the hydraulic schematic diagram of the transport crane was designed.Through the calculation of vari-ous pressure losses in the hydraulic system,it is shown that the pressure loss is within a reasonable range,which proves the reliability of the designed hydraulic system.
