离心式血液泵外特性及内部剪切应力研究

为研究运行参数对泵性能及剪切应力的影响,采用高速摄像技术对泵内流动进行拍摄,并对泵内剪切应力状况进行数值模拟。建立血液泵内部流动可视化试验方法,揭示了泵的外特性随叶轮转速及血液流量的变化规律,同时阐明了泵的结构及运行参数对泵内剪切应力的影响。研究结果表明:泵内高剪切应力主要集中在蜗舌及叶片尾部,降低转速和增大流量都能够有效降低泵内剪切应力;试验所得流体运动轨迹与模拟结果相一致,且外特性误差在6。9%以内。
Study of External Characteristics and Internal Shear Stress of Centrifugal Blood Pump
In order to study the influence of operating parameters on blood pumps performance and shear stress,the internal flow of blood pumps was photographed using high-speed photography,and the shear stress in the pumps was simulated numerically.A visualiza-tion experiment method was established to observe the flow in the blood pump,the variation law of the external characteristics of the pump with the impeller speed and blood flow rate was revealed,and the influence of the pump structure and operating parameters on the shear stress was also clarified.The research results show that the high shear stress in the pump is mainly distributed in the volute tongue and blade tail,reducing the rotational speed and increasing the flow rate can effectively reduce the shear stress in the pump.Comparing the experimental results with the simulation results,it is found that the fluid trajectory is consistent,and the external characteristic error is within 6.9%.
