Design of a Twisted Modification Module for Gear Grinding by Generative Method Based on SINUMERIK ONE
In order to achieve compensation for tooth surface distortion during gear grinding with tooth alignment modification,on the basis of studying the development software of SINUMERIK ONE's digital native CNC system and 3GL,a new type of worm wheel grinding machine was used as the research object.The human-machine interface UI was designed using QT,and the front-end and back-end were designed using VS C++.The distortion modification module of the worm wheel grinding machine was developed.By inputting tooth surface modification parameters and tooth profile tilt deviation on the human-machine interface,automatic modification processing of gear distortional tooth surface compensation is achieved,the development and processing efficiency of gear grinding machines are greatly improved.
