摘要

预绞丝是特高压架空线路上的连接金具,能传递机械载荷、电气负荷以及保护电缆.预绞丝制造难点是成型张力不恒定,影响预绞丝尺寸精度,导致金具与电缆配合度降低,加剧磨损与松动,影响电气性能.从预绞丝成型工艺出发,对成型张力进行研究,分析成型条件,设计张力控制机构和系统;运用模糊神经网络算法对张力进行控制,研发出新型预绞丝成型设备并进行试验.试验结果符合控制技术指标,设备性能满足生产需求.

Abstract

The pre-stranded wire is the connection fixture on the extra high voltage overhead line,which can transfer mechanical load and electrical load and protect the cable.The difficulty of manufacturing pre-stranded wire is that the forming tension is not con-stant,which affects the dimensional accuracy of pre-stranded wire,reducing the fit of the fixture and cable,aggravating the wear and looseness,and affecting the electrical performance.Based on the pre-stranded wire forming process,the forming tension was studied,the forming conditions were analyzed,and the tension control mechanism and system were designed.A fuzzy neural network algorithm was used to control the tension,and a new pre-stranded wire forming equipment was developed and tested.The test results meet the control specifications,and the performance of the equipment meets the production requirements.
