Development and Application of Automatic Power Cable Winding and Strapping Equipment
With the explosive growth of 3C consumer product market such as smart home and service robots in recent years,the de-mand for power cables is increasing day by day,but the packaging and processing process of power cables production still remains in the manual operation mode.In view of this,a power cable automatic winding and bundling equipment was designed.Taking the PLC as the control core,the servo motor,bus technology and pneumatic technology were used to achieve the winding speed of 3 m/s,the output in-creased by more than 260％.The product quality was greatly improved,the production process was optimized,and the staffing was reduced.
