为探究微型轴向柱塞泵柱塞腔压力等特性与柱塞腔作用力对斜盘的影响,在分析柱塞运动和斜盘力矩的基础上,建立数学模型,并基于AMESim搭建七柱塞型的微型轴向柱塞泵仿真模型;从柱塞直径、柱塞死区容积、斜盘倾角和柱塞分度圆直径几个方面仿真分析柱塞腔作用力;对影响柱塞腔作用力的参数进行响应面优化.结果表明:优化后显著降低了柱塞腔作用力与斜盘倾覆力矩,优化后的参数可作为柱塞泵结构优化的依据.
Analysis and Optimization of Plunger Cavity Force to Swashplate Overturning Moment of Miniature Axial Piston Pump
In order to investigate the dynamic characteristics of the plunger cavity of the miniature axial piston pump and the influ-ence of the plunger cavity force on the swash plate,based on the analysis of the plunger motion and the swash plate moment,a mathe-matical model was established and a simulation model of the miniature axial piston pump with seven plungers was built based on AMES-im.The simulation analysis of the plunger cavity force was carried out from the plunger diameter,the plunger dead volume,the swash plate tilting angle and the plunger indexing circle diameter;the response surface optimization of the parameters affecting the plunger cavity force was carried out.The results show that the plunger cavity force and the swash plate overturning moment are significantly re-duced after the optimization,and the optimized parameters can be used as the basis for the optimization of the plunger pump structure.
