复杂装备数字孪生跨域高效协同建模平台与应用

随着装备朝着复杂化、集成化、智能化方向发展,如何快速准确构建高保真数字孪生模型是复杂装备智能运维的基础性工作与最大技术障碍.提出依靠设计结构矩阵(DSM矩阵)进行任务耦合度优化与智能分发的策略,实现复杂装备数字孪生多点建模全方位动态监管;基于DSM矩阵特点提出一种改进遗传算法,改进优化流程并提高任务处理速度;最后,开发基于Web的分布式协同建模平台,实现了丝杠试验台数字孪生实体模型的协同构建.试验结果表明:该试验台协同建模效率得到了显著提升,为复杂装备数字孪生模型快速构建提供了工程案例,为复杂装备智能运维提供了技术支撑.
Complex Equipment Digital Twin Cross-Domain Efficient Collaborative Modeling Platform and Application
With the development of equipment towards complexity,integration and intelligence,how to quickly and accurately con-struct high-fidelity digital twin models is the fundamental task and biggest technical obstacle for intelligent operation and maintenance of complex equipment.A strategy based on the design structure matrix(DSM)for task coupling optimizing and intelligent distribution was proposed to realize comprehensive dynamic supervision of the multi-point modeling of complex equipment.An improved genetic al-gorithm was proposed based on the characteristics of the DSM matrix,by which the optimization process was improved and task process-ing speed was increased.Finally,a web-based distributed collaborative modeling platform was developed to achieve collaborative con-struction of the digital twin entity model of the screw experiment platform.The experimental result shows that the collaborative modeling efficiency of the platform is significantly improved,providing an engineering case for the rapid construction of the digital twin model of complex equipment,and providing technical support for the intelligent operation and maintenance of complex equipment.
