基于AMESim的能源冗余电液伺服系统建模及故障模拟仿真

针对一种应用于航天领域的能源冗余电液伺服系统,建立了从溢流阀、限流阀、能源选择阀等关键阀门元件到伺服系统的AMESim仿真模型并进行仿真分析,仿真结果与理论设计结果相符.建立双机互联冗余伺服系统仿真模型,对一路溢流阀失效无法建压的典型故障模式进行模拟仿真.结果表明:在该情况下能源选择阀发生了切换,引入另一路能源为伺服机构供油,保证整个系统正常工作,验证了伺服系统能源冗余切换功能原理的正确性.建立的仿真模型具有实际参考价值,也能用于其他故障失效模式下的仿真分析.
Modeling and Fault Simulation of Energy Redundant Electro-Hydraulic Servo System Based on AMESim
Aiming at a energy redundant electro-hydraulic servo system applied in aerospace field,the AMESim simulation models of key value components such as relief valve,restrictor valve,energy selective valve and the servo system were established and analyzed.The simulation results are consistent with the theoretical design results.The simulation model of dual interconnected redundant servo sys-tem was established,and the typical failure model mode of one relief valve failure and failure to establish pressure was simulated.The re-sults show that in this case,the energy selection valve is switched,and another energy is introduced to supply fuel to the servo mecha-nism to ensure the normal operation of the whole system,which verifies the correctness of the principle of energy redundancy switching function of the servo system.The simulation model has practical reference value and can also be used for simulation analysis of other failure modes.
