正流量控制挖掘机泵阀响应特性及匹配优化研究

以正流量控制挖掘机液压系统为研究对象,建立主泵排量调节系统与多路换向系统数学模型,搭建其AMESim仿真模型,探究铲斗联主阀开启过程中泵阀系统响应特性。针对铲斗主阀开启过程阀口流量和压力波动过大、速度响应匹配不当等问题,提出降低先导压力与泵排量比例系数A和优化节流槽特征参数的正控泵与阀控系统响应匹配优化方案,并通过试验验证优化方案的有效性。结果表明:优化后阀芯在开启阶段的流量波动幅值和压力波动显著降低,流量波动幅值降低了 18。19%,压力波动峰值降低了 2。8 MPa。
Study on Response Characteristics and Matching Optimization of Positive Flow Control Excavator Pump Valve
Taking the positive flow control excavator hydraulic system as the research object,the mathematical models of the main pump displacement regulation system and multi-way reversing system were established,and the AMESim simulation model was built to explore the response characteristics of the pump valve system in the opening process of the bucket main valve.Aiming at the problems such as excessive fluctuation of the flow and pressure at the valve port and improper matching of the speed response during the opening process of the bucket main valve,an response matching optimization scheme between positive control pump and valve control system was proposed through proportional reducing coefficient between pilot pressure and pump displacement and optimizing the characteristic pa-rameters of throttling groove,and the effectiveness of the optimization scheme was verified by experiments.The results show that the flow fluctuation amplitude and pressure fluctuation of the optimized spool in the opening stage are significantly reduced,with the flow fluctua-tion amplitude reduced by 18.19%and the peak pressure fluctuation reduced by 2.8 MPa.
