新型高转速柱塞泵转速变化压力特性研究

为了研发高转速、高流量的燃油泵,以新型双斜盘柱塞泵为原型,搭建其流域简化数值仿真模型,研究不同转速下柱塞腔压力脉动机制及演变规律.对比不同转速下柱塞泵压力脉动,探究转速变化对压力大小影响;结合柱塞泵旋转过程中柱塞腔和配流盘的位置和压力变化,研究运行过程中柱塞腔内部压力波动成因.结果表明:随着转速的增加,柱塞腔内部各点压力值提高,但整体压力波动趋势一致;柱塞腔内部压力波动受到与配流盘接触情况和柱塞泵活塞一侧往复运动的影响.
Study on Pressure Characteristics of Speed Change of New High-Speed Piston Pump
For the research and development of high-speed and high-flow fuel piston pumps,a simplified numerical simulation model of the fluid domain was built using the new double-swash-plate piston pump as a prototype,and the pressure pulse mechanism and evolution law of the plunger cavity at different speeds were studied.The pressure pulsation of the piston pump at different speeds was compared,and the influence of speed change on pressure was explored.Combined with the position and pressure changes of the plunger cavity and the distribution plate during the rotation of the piston pump,the causes of pressure fluctuations inside the plunger cavity dur-ing operation were studied.The results show that with the increase of speed,the pressure value of each point inside the plunger cavity in-creases,but the overall pressure fluctuation trend is consistent.The pressure fluctuation inside the plunger cavity is affected by the con-tact with the distribution plate and the reciprocating movement on the piston side of the piston pump.
