以LF精炼炉的智能测温需求为背景,运用高温红外图像技术和西门子PLC设计一套智能测温装置,并对装置控制系统进行软硬件设计开发.采用模块化设计方法,利用Visual Studio 2017开发环境下的MFC框架开发了基于视觉的智能测温软件系统,优化了精炼过程中的测温工序,同时系统的远程控制与图像可视化大大提高了作业效率,降低了测温成本.测试结果表明,该系统能够满足LF精炼炉智能测温的功能需求,系统运行稳定,人机交互效果良好,可视化程度高,具有很高的实用性,对钢铁冶金行业在LF精炼炉测温环节的自动化和智能化提供了参考.
Design and Development of a Vision-Based Intelligent Temperature Measurement Software System
Based on the intelligent temperature measurement requirements of LF refining furnace,a set of intelligent temperature measurement device was designed using high-temperature infrared imaging technology and Siemens PLC,and the software and hardware design and development of the device control system were carried out.A visual-based intelligent temperature measurement software sys-tem was developed using the MFC framework in the Visual Studio 2017 development environment and modular design method.The tem-perature measurement process in the refining process was optimized,and the remote control and image visualization of the system greatly improved work efficiency and reduced temperature measurement costs.The test results show that the system can meet the functional re-quirements of intelligent temperature measurement in LF refining furnace,with stable operation,good human-machine interaction effect,high visualization degree,and high practicality.It provides a reference for the automation and intelligence of temperature measurement in LF refining furnace in the steel and metallurgical industry.
