柔性制造系统数据管理云平台的设计

以柔性制造系统为应用场景,提出一种利用OPC UA技术来融合TCP/IP Ethernet、Modbus等多种接口协议的生产过程数据的云平台信息采集系统.对现阶段云平台的特性进行分析;依据分析对适用于数据采集的云平台整体结构进行了设计;依据现场环境使用仿真软件搭建了真实的仿真系统;最后利用工业软件KEPServerEX搭建OPC UA服务器,并采用C#编程语言在.NET平台上开发OPCUA客户端,设计了相应的功能块.最终实现了云数据管理平台对柔性制造系统数据信息的采集和管理.
Design of Data Management Cloud Platform for Flexible Manufacturing System
Taking flexible manufacturing systems as the application scenario,a cloud platform information collection system was proposed utilizing OPC UA technology to integrate production process data with multiple interface protocols such as TCP/IP Ethernet and Modbus.The characteristics of current cloud platforms were analyzed.Based on the analysis,the overall structure of the cloud plat-form suitable for data collection was designed.A real simulation system was built using simulation software based on the on-site environ-ment.Finally,an OPC UA server was built using the industrial software KEPServerEX,and the OPC UA client was developed on the.NET platform using C# programming language,with corresponding functional blocks designed.Finally,the collection and management of flexible manufacturing system data information was achieved by using the cloud data management platform.
