Simulation and Optimization Study on Dynamic Characteristics of Pneumatic Pilot Valve

摘要
针对气动先导阀动态响应低的问题,在分析结构特点和工作原理的基础上,利用AMESim建立仿真模型,通过参数化仿真研究主阀弹簧刚度、弹簧预紧力、气源压力和节流孔大小对先导阀动态响应的影响,结果显示:各参数对气动先导阀动态响应特性的影响各不相同,很难通过调节某一参数得到最优解.在参数化仿真分析的基础上,基于SimV & Ver Math进行多参数优化仿真,利用贝叶斯+拟牛顿的优化算法得到最优解,将气动先导阀的总响应时间降低了 7.2 ms,并通过试验验证了仿真分析的正确性.
Abstract
Based on the analysis of the structure characteristic and working principle,a simulation model was established using AMESim to address the issue of low dynamic response of pneumatic pilot valves.The effects of main valve spring stiffness,spring pre-load,air source pressure and throttle hole size on the dynamic response of the pilot valve were studied through parameterized simulation.The results show that the influence of each parameter on the dynamic response characteristics of the pneumatic pilot valve is different,and it is difficult to obtain the optimal solution by adjusting a certain parameter.On the basis of parameterized simulation analysis,a multi-parameter optimization simulation was conducted based on SimV & Ver Math.The optimal solution was obtained using Bayesian+quasi Newton optimization algorithm,which reduced the total response time of the pneumatic pilot valve by 7.2 ms.The correctness of the simulation analysis is verified through experiments.
