Research on Dynamic Characteristics of Reverse Regulating Brake Valve for Full Hydraulic Pressure Loss Braking
In view of the over sensitivity of the full hydraulic pressure loss braking system by analyzing the structural composition of the reverse regulating brake valve and the working principle of pressure loss braking,a dynamic mathematical model and Simulink simu-lation model of the reverse regulating brake valve of the pressure loss braking system were established.Using pedal force excitation as in-put,the dynamic output characteristics and variation law of braking pressure under different structural parameters of reverse regulating brake valve were studied. Finally, the simulation model was verified by the vehicle test bench. The results show that the brake pressure exhibits a weak nonlinear decline characteristic.Properly increasing the bias spring stiffness of the reverse regulating brake valve and the volume of the brake chamber, and reducing the pressure regulating spring stiffness can effectively delay the unloading speed of the brake pressure, thus inhibiting the occurrence of brake oversensitivity and ensuring smooth braking.
