Simulation Analysis of Electrohydraulic Load Sensitive Shunt Synchronous Rectification Drive System
The load sensitive control was used for the two-cylinder synchronous drive,and the electrohydraulic load sensitive shunt synchronous rectification drive system was designed to improve the synchronization accuracy and efficiency of the system.Based on the analysis of its working principle,a simulation model of the system was built based on AMESim software.When the synchronous rectifica-tion system was not participated in the work,the influence of eccentric load on the shunt accuracy and synchronization accuracy of the system was analyzed.With the participation of the designed synchronous rectification system,the synchronization accuracy and displace-ment loss efficiency of the hydraulic cylinder under different eccentricities were analyzed with the same and 0.5 mm difference of the hydraulic cylinder diameter.The simulation results show that the synchronous rectification drive system of electrohydraulic load sensitive shunt can greatly improve the synchronization accuracy by the loss of lower hydraulic cylinder displacement efficiency,and the system can be used in the synchronous drive with high precision and high efficiency.
