随着我国航空工业的迅速发展,对航空轴承的质量要求也越来越高,为了保证直升机飞行安全,在直升机传动系统轴承出厂装机前,需要对其进行模拟试验.通过分析直升机传动系统轴承的规格、运转状况并结合工作环境,进行试验机总体设计及各系统设计,研制一款直升机传动系统轴承试验机,在转速、载荷、温度和润滑等方面模拟直升机实际运转状况,对直升机传动系统轴承进行高温、断油和耐久性等试验,最终满足了试验要求,保证了轴承质量.
Design of a Bearing Testing Machine for Helicopter Transmission Systems
With the rapid development of China's aviation industry,the quality requirements for aviation bearings are getting higher and higher.In order to ensure the safety of helicopter flight,before the helicopter transmission system bearings are installed from the fac-tory,it is necessary to simulate test.By analyzing the specifications and operation conditions of helicopter transmission system bearings and combining the working environment,the overall design of the testing machine and the design of each system were carried out,and fi-nally a helicopter transmission system bearing testing machine was developed.The testing machine could simulate the actual operation of the helicopter in terms of speed,load,temperature and lubrication.And high temperature,oil cut off and durability tests were conducted on the helicopter transmission system bearings,which finally met the requirements of the test and ensured the quality of the bearings.
