针对变压器油前处理操作复杂、效率低下的问题,模块化设计一套变压器油前处理自动化装置.该装置控油模块的开瓶机构实现瓶装油样到液路系统的转移,注油注气套胶帽机构实现瓶装油样到针筒油样的自动化转移,脱气进样模块的多工位振荡托盘实现多个针筒油样升温振荡后将脱出的样气通过定量管注入色谱仪进行组分分析.对油样转移的准确性、重复性及脱气量的精准性进行了实验,实验结果表明:该装置能够精准地将机械振荡脱出的气体转移到小针筒内,小针筒上方的激光传感器计算出的脱气量能精确到0.000 1 mL,实现了自动化的变压器油前处理.
Design of Automatic Pretreatment Device for Transformer Oil
In view of the complex operation and low efficiency of transformer oil pretreatment,a set of transformer oil pretreatment automation device was designed modularized.The bottle opening mechanism of the oil control module of the device realized the transfer of bottled oil samples to the liquid circuit system,and the injecting oil and gas and sleeving rubber cap mechanism realized the automat-ic transfer of bottled oil samples to the needle cylinder oil samples,and the multi-station oscillation tray of the degassing and sampling module realized the heating and oscillation of multiple syringe oil samples,and then the extracted sample gas was injected into the chro-matograph through the quantitative tube for component analysis.The accuracy and repeatability of the oil sample transfer and the preci-sion of deaeration were tested.The experimental results show that the device can accurately transfer the gas from the mechanical oscilla-tion to the small needle barrel,and the degas calculated by the laser sensor above the small needle barrel can be accurate to 0.000 1 mL,so as to realize the automatic transformer oil pretreatment.
