高速开关阀先导流量控制的比例阀压力补偿研究

针对高速开关阀先导流量控制的比例阀输出流量受负载压力变化影响的问题,基于其主阀流量线性放大先导流量的特性,提出先导阀压差补偿方法,保证先导阀两端压差不变,使得流量不受负载影响,从而实现主阀流量的稳定输出,设计压差补偿器并进行参数优化.结果表明:在先导阀和主阀之间增设压差补偿器可以抑制负载压力变化对先导流量的影响,使得线性放大后的主阀流量保持稳定;通过对压差补偿器的参数进行优化,提高了主阀输出流量的响应速度,同时降低了主阀输出流量波动,满足液压控制技术对数字液压阀输出稳定流量的需求.
Research on Pressure Compensation for Proportional Valve with High-speed On-off Valve Pilot Flow Control
Aiming at the problem that the output flow of proportional valve controlled by the pilot flow of high-speed switch valve is affected by the change of load pressure,based on the characteristics of the main valve flow linearly amplifying the pilot flow,a pres-sure differential compensation method of the pilot valve was proposed to ensure that the pressure difference between the two ends of the pilot valve remained unchanged,so that the flow rate was not affected by the load,so as to achieve the stable output of the main valve flow.The differential pressure compensator was designed and its parameters were optimized.The results show that the differential pressure compensator between the pilot valve and the main valve can suppress the influence of load pressure change on the pilot flow,so that the flow rate of the main valve after linear amplification remains stable.By optimizing the parameters of the differential pressure compensa-tor,the response speed of the output flow of the main valve is improved,and the fluctuation of the output flow of the main valve is re-duced,which meets the demand of hydraulic control technology for the stable flow output of digital hydraulic valve.
