非圆行星齿轮马达流场仿真分析

为了研究非圆行星齿轮内部流场特性,建立非圆行星齿轮马达的几何模型和有限元模型,并对模型进行仿真参数设置及网格无关性验证.对非圆行星齿轮马达进行流场仿真分析,探究油膜位置流场速度变化规律,研究入口压力为5~20 MPa时Q100型、Q160型、Q250型非圆行星齿轮马达的流量及容积效率随压力的变化规律;此外针对Q250型非圆行星齿轮马达,探究油膜间隙分别为0.02、0.03、0.04 mm时的流量及容积效率随压力的变化规律.最后通过开展样机测试试验,验证仿真模型的准确性.结果表明:在相同的入口压力下,容积越大,容积效率越高;容积效率随着油膜间隙的增大而降低,当油膜间隙为0.02 mm、压力为5 MPa时,马达容积效率可达90.9%;试验和理论得到的容积效率与转矩关系曲线的变化趋势基本一致,最大误差仅为5.76%,验证了仿真模型的准确性.
Simulation Analysis of Flow Field of Non-circular Planetary Gear Motor
In order to study the internal flow field characteristics of the non-circular planetary gear motor,the geometric model and finite element model of the non-circular planetary gear motor were established,and the simulation parameters of the model were set and the grid independence was verified.The flow field of a non-circular planetary gear motor was simulated and the velocity variation rule of the flow field at the oil film position was investigated.The flow rate and volumetric efficiency of Q100,Q160 and Q250 non-circular planetary gear motors under inlet pressure from 5 MPa to 20 MPa were studied.The flow rate and volumetric efficiency of Q250 non-circular planetary gear motor with oil film gap of 0.02 mm,0.03 mm and 0.04 mm were studied.Finally,the accuracy of the simulation model was verified by prototype test.The results show that under the same inlet pressure,the larger the volume is,the higher the volu-metric efficiency is,and the volumetric efficiency decreases with the increase of oil film gap.When the oil film gap is 0.02 mm and the pressure is 5 MPa,the motor volumetric efficiency can reach 90.9%.The curves of volumetric efficiency and torque relationship obtained by experiment and theory are basically the same,and the maximum error is only 5.76%,which verifies the accuracy of the simulation model.
