基于数字孪生的注塑模具监控系统研究

针对当前注塑模具监控系统数智化程度低、模具状态监控过程中虚实空间融合缺失等问题,提出一种基于数字孪生的注塑模具可视化监控方法。从几何、物理、行为、知识 4 个维度构建注塑模具的多维融合模型,实现模具虚实空间的信息映射。在此基础上,依托Unity3D引擎设计开发注塑模具的数字孪生监控系统,最后以某汽车用注塑模具为例进行验证。阐述了数字孪生系统的孪生模型、实时监测、数据分析功能,验证了所提方法的有效性及合理性。
Research on Monitoring System of Injection Mould Based on Digital Twin
To solve the problems of low intellectualization degree of current injection mould monitoring system and the fusion lack of virtual and real space in the process of mould state monitoring,a digital twin based visualization monitoring method for injection mould was proposed.The multi-dimensional fusion model of injection mould was established from four dimensions of geometry,physics,behavior and knowledge,and the information mapping of virtual and real space of mould was realized.Based on this,the digital twin mo-nitoring system of injection mould was designed and developed based on Unity3D engine.Finally,an automobile injection mould was taken as an example for verification.The twin model,real-time monitoring and data analysis functions of the digital twin system were ex-pounded,which verified the validity and rationality of the proposed method.
