Research on Senseless On-load Starting of PMSM Based on Improved I/F
Although I/F strategy starting the senseless permanent magnet synchronous motor has a certain on-load starting ability, but when the starting acceleration is too fast or the load torque and the electromagnetic torque generated by the command current is greatly different, the motor is easy to enter the out-of-step state. The reasons for motor out-of-step in the starting stage were analyzed, and the dynamic speed command was set by estimating the load torque to improve the speed of the starting motor under the I/F strategy. Then, the coordinate system deviation angle was used to compensate the closed-loop current amplitude during switching, and the load capacity was enhanced when the I/F strategy was started. The simulation and experimental results of the improved I/F starting strategy show that the improved I/F starting strategy can achieve fast starting of PMSM from zero to peak torque under on-load condition.
