液压和气动控制系统安全切断块设计

为解决液压和气动控制系统设备安全问题,使工作人员进入设备危险区域后能够在安全条件下进行操作、维护和检查,以安全区域设计为理念,提出液压和气动控制系统安全切断块设计,利用安全 PLC建立安全逻辑控制,满足GB/T 16855.1-2018/ISO 13849-1:2015 机械安全标准,符合国际和欧盟设备安全认证要求.根据不同的安全功能、压力和流量要求,采用标准化模块化的方法设计安全切断块,以节省设计和投资成本.实践表明:安全切断块结构紧凑、设计合理,能有效切断设备动力能源,保障现场设备和工作人员的安全.
Design of Safety Shut-Off Blocks for Hydraulic and Pneumatic Control Systems
In order to solve the safety problem of hydraulic and pneumatic control system equipment and enable workers to operate,maintain and inspect under safety condition after entering the dangerous area of the equipment,according to the design concept of the safety area,the design of safety shut-off block of hydraulic and pneumatic control system was proposed,and safety logic control was es-tablished with safety PLC,meeting GB/T 16855.1-2018/ISO 13849-1:2015 mechanical safety standard and the international and EU equipment safety certification requirements.According to different safety functions,pressure and flow requirements,standardized module method was adopted to design the safety shut-off block to save design and investment costs.The practice shows that the safety shut-off block has compact structure and reasonable design,which can effectively shut-off the power energy of equipment and ensure the safety of on-site equipment and workers.
