Research on Reliability Evaluation Method for Industrial Robot Based on Multi-criteria Decision-Making and GO Method
The lack of fault data during the design stage of industrial robots makes it difficult to evaluate system reliability.To solve this problem,a reliability evaluation method based on multi-criteria decision-making(MCDM)combined with GO method was pro-posed.A similarity evaluation model was established,and the cloud model was used to quantitatively represent the evaluation values of decision experts in the MCDM analysis process.The influence of randomness and fuzziness in the evaluation process was eliminated and the reliability correction coefficient of key components was obtained.The reliability of similar products was corrected to achieve accurate reliability analysis of key components.The reliability GO diagram model for industrial robot system was established.On this basis,a relia-bility calculation model for the entire industrial robot system was established,and the accurate analysis of system reliability was achieved.Finally,the operation process of the method was illustrated by an example,and the reliability evaluation of industrial robots was realized.
