Analysis of Pressure Beat Vibration Mechanism and Dynamic Characteristic of Pump-Controlled Motor System
Aiming at the problem that the output stability and load reliability are affected when the pressure pulsation frequencies of the pump and the motor are similar in the hydraulic system,a multidisciplinary simulation software AMESim was used to build a physi-cal model for the multi-energy coupled closed hydraulic system, and the regular characteristics of the beat vibration phenomenon under different plunger pair clearances were studied.Based on the damping ratio of pump-controlled motor system and the natural frequency of accumulator,it was proposed to test and analyze the phenomenon of pressure beat vibration by using accumulator. Finally, the simulation analysis was verified by setting up the mechatronics integrated experimental platform. Both theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the pressure beat vibration has an obvious amplification effect on the fault characteristics of the common hydraulic system faults such as pressure signal and plunger wear, and the accumulator has a significant buffer effect on the pressure beat amplitude of the hydraulic system.
