聚晶立方氮化硼刀具研究热点与趋势——基于CNKI与WOS数据库知识图谱分析

聚晶立方氮化硼(PCBN)刀具是基于立方氮化硼微粉与结合剂烧结而成的超硬材料刀具,因其具有高硬度、高热稳定性和良好的耐磨性等优点,在高速、高效、高精度的金属加工领域受到广泛关注。基于 1993-2023 年CNKI与WOS数据库中相关论文,通过CiteSpace软件制作PCBN刀具知识图谱,分析其研究热点与发展趋势。研究结果表明:国家合作图与机构合作图呈现产学研机构紧密结合现象;通过国内外关键词共线图与聚类对比得到发展热点是刀具材料、制备技术、切削加工与磨损机制;研究脉络指出未来向材料多元化、仿真与试验结合化、研究微观化、刀具专业化方向发展。
Research Hotspot and Trend of Polycrystalline Cubic Boron Nitride Tools:Knowledge Map Analysis Based on CNKI and WOS Database
Polycrystalline cubic boron nitride(PCBN)tools is a superhard material tool based on cubic boron nitride powder and binder sintered.Because of its advantages of high hardness,high thermal stability and good wear resistance,it has received extensive at-tention in the field of high-speed,high-efficiency and high-precision metal processing.Based on the relevant papers in CNKI and WOS databases from 1993 to 2023,CiteSpace software was used to create a PCBN tool knowledge map,and its research hotspots and develop-ment trends were analyzed.The results indicate that:through the national cooperation map and institutional cooperation map,the phe-nomenon of close integration of industry,university and research institutions can be shown;through the collinear map of domestic and foreign keywords and clustering comparison,the development hotspots are tool materials,preparation technology,cutting process and wear mechanism;the research context shows that the future trend will in the direction of material diversification,combination of simula-tion and experiment,microscopic research,and tool specialization.
