Research on Oil Film Lubrication and Structural Optimization of the Mating Pair of Axial Piston Pumps
In axial piston pumps,the mating pair is one of the key components that are most prone to flow pulsation and wear fail-ure.To investigate the influencing factors affecting the performance of axial piston pump mating pair,the influencing factors such as oil film lubrication,structural parameters and liquid properties were investigated respectively,and the research progress on the oil film lu-brication and structure optimization of axial piston pump mating pair was summarized,the rules and methods to improve the perform-ance of the mating pair were put forward.Finally,the future research direction of axial piston pump mating pair was summarized and prospected.
