基于OPC UA的多源异构工业数据协同管理信息模型构建技术研究

随着产业数字化、工厂智能化的发展,海量工业数据之间的协同管理、挖掘分析成为亟待解决的问题。为实现生产线各维度异构数据的统一调度协同管理,提出基于OPC UA的多源异构工业数据协同管理信息模型。针对长链生产线生产过程中不同层次多源设备所产生的异构数据,使用OPC UA通信协议,打通多源异构数据的信息孤岛问题。在此基础上,结合生产制造特点以及智能制造系统架构,搭建生产线语义完整统一的信息模型,映射各子系统之间的协作关系。使用Python开发OPC UA服务器,在服务器中完成信息模型到地址空间的映射,客户端通过预留的API实现Client/Server架构并完成数据的交互。最后,选取某铁矿生产线典型场景进行测试,将矿山安全监控系统数据、现场采集数据引入实例化信息模型。实验结果表明,基于OPC UA的信息模型构建技术能够实现多源异构数据的协同管理,为智能制造工业大数据挖掘分析提供了支撑。
Research on Information Model Construction Technology of Multi-source Heterogeneous Industrial Data Collaborative Management Based on OPC UA
In order to realize unified scheduling and collaborative management of heterogeneous data in various dimensions of the production workshop and integrate heterogeneous data generated by various devices at different levels in the production process,OPC UA communication protocol was used to solve the problem of interconnection of heterogeneous data.On this basis,combined with the characteristics of manufacturing and the architecture of intelligent manufacturing system,a complete and unified information model of production workshop was built to express the cooperative relationship between systems to the greatest extent.The OPC UA server was developed using Python,and the mapping of information model to address space was completed in the server.At the client,the Client/Server architecture was realized and data interaction was completed through reserved API.Finally,a classic scene of a produc-tion line was selected for testing,and the data of mine safety monitoring system and field data collected data were introduced into the instantiation information model.The experimental results show that the information model construction technology based on OPC UA can realize the collaborative management of heterogeneous data.It provides support for big data mining and analysis of intelligent man-ufacturing industry.
