摘要
针对目前基于人工设计的工艺排布效率低、不利于智能化和自动化的问题,对计算机辅助工艺规划(CAPP)系统进行研究,并提出一种基于遗传算法的工艺智能排布方法.通过对加工区域进行离散化,建立相应的数学模型,制定适应该问题的遗传算法编码规则,并基于遗传算法求解该模型,得到工艺排布矩阵.最后,通过导套机加工实际生产工艺排布案例验证该方法的可靠性.结果表明:与实际设计过程对比,该方法将几小时的工作量缩短至几分钟,极大减少了工艺人员的工作量,提高了工艺排布效率,有利于工艺排布的自动化和智能化.
Abstract
Aiming at the problems of low efficiency,unfavorable intelligence and automation of process planning based on manual design,a computer aided process planning(CAPP)system was studied,and a method of process intelligent layout based on genetic al-gorithm was proposed.A mathematical model was established by discretizing the processing area,and a genetic algorithm coding rule was formulated to adapt to the problem.The process planning matrix was obtained by solving the model based on the genetic algorithm.Final-ly,the reliability of the method was proved by the case of the actual production process planning of guide bushing machining.The results show that compared with the actual production process,the method can shorten the workload of several hours to a few minutes,which can greatly reduce the workload of craftsmen,improve the efficiency of process planning,and is conducive to the automation and intelli-gence of process planning.
