液压多路激振阀及其控制特性辨识

针对现有转阀难以实现输出激振波形频率、幅值、偏移同时控制的问题,提出一种新的液压多路激振阀,建立了阀控激振系统的动力学模型,仿真辨识了输出波形频率、幅值、偏移等控制特性.在此基础上,设计制造了液压多路激振阀样机,并对其输出波形频率、幅值、偏移等控制特性展开了实验辨识.研究结果表明:所提液压多路激振阀对于输出波形频率、幅值及偏移均有很好的控制特性.其中,波形频率与阀芯转速成正比,频率范围为1~100 Hz;波形幅值与阀芯轴向位移及供油压力均成正比;波形偏移与两阀芯轴向位移差值也成正比.
Hydraulic Multi-way Excitation Valve and Control Characteristics Identification
Aiming at the problem that the existing rotary valve is difficult to control the frequency,amplitude and offset of the out-put excitation waveform at the same time,a new hydraulic multi-way excitation valve was proposed,the dynamic model of the valve con-trol excitation system was established,and the control characteristics of the output waveform frequency,amplitude and offset were simu-lated and analyzed.On this basis,the hydraulic multi-way excitation valve prototype was designed and manufactured,and then the con-trol characteristics of output waveform frequency,amplitude and offset were identified.The research and experimental results indicate that the proposed hydraulic multi-way excitation valve can control the frequency,amplitude and offset of the output excitation waveform.Among them,the waveform frequency is directly proportional to the valve core speed,and the frequency range is from 1 Hz to 100 Hz;the amplitude of the waveform is proportional to the axial displacement of the valve core and the oil supply pressure;the waveform offset is also proportional to the difference in axial displacement between the two valve cores.
