Analysis of Fluid Requirements Adapted to Various Process Actions of Hydraulic Supports
The intelligent fluid supply with steady pressure technology of hydraulic supports and its dynamic matching method be-tween flow rate and pressure is considered as one of the directions for the intelligent development of large-scale coal mining equipment,and the analysis and prediction of the fluid requirements during the various process actions of the hydraulic supports are the important theoretical foundations.Based on the analysis of the three machines collaborative operation mode in the fully-mechanized coal mining face and the fully-mechanized top-coal caving face,the motion equation of the hydraulic cylinder,the flow equation of the hydraulic valve,and the continuity equation of the hydraulic medium were used as the basis to establish a hydraulic demand prediction model for the support when executing four basic process actions of"lowering cylinder,moving supports,lifting cylinder,pushing conveyor";a sim-ulation model was built based on the ZF17000/27.5/42D hydraulic supports,the optimal fluid supply value for the supports during the above four types of actions was obtained with the goal of achieving the highest cylinder movement speed and minimizing the pressure fluctuations.The results show that the fluid requirements of hydraulic supports in completing various process actions are related to the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the fluid supply system,the structural parameters of the hydraulic cylinder,and per-formance parameters of the hydraulic valves.
