Research Progress and Application Analysis of Surface Micro-texture Laser Processing Technology
The surface texturing process can effectively improve the friction reduction and anti-wear properties of the material sur-face and simultaneously improve the internal stress distribution,which has received extensive attention from researchers at home and abroad in recent years.The mechanism of laser removal of surface materials and the influence of the textured shape of laser processed surfaces on the frictional properties of contact interfaces were introduced,and the research and progress of laser processing technology combined with other technologies to process surface texturing were reviewed,and the influencing factors and the mechanism of textured surfaces to reduce friction and wear were further explored.In addition,the application of laser surface texturing in friction reduction and anti-wear,changing hydrophobicity and enhancing surface strength,as well as the prospect of application in surface modification,were prospectively analyzed.
