为明确不同工况下卷扬用湿式离合器的动态刹车特性,设计试验台,并分析不同工况下离合器刹车特性.阐述卷扬减速机湿式离合器的结构与控制原理,设计试验台液压系统,包括泵站的设计、选型和控制油路的设计.基于Lab-VIEW和PLC开发试验台的远程控制系统,并基于研华数据采集卡实现传感器数据的实时读取保存.最后,提出一种离合器前馈PID压力闭环控制方法,并搭建试验台整体仿真系统,对湿式离合器压力控制特性与动态刹车特性进行了仿真与样机试验验证.结果表明:湿式离合器控制腔压力滞环降低80%以上,离合器转矩输出的线性度明显提高,满足扭矩输出性能试验需求,可实现各类典型工况时的离合器动态刹车特性测试.
Design of Wet Clutch Dynamic Braking Characteristic Test Bench for Winching
In order to determine the dynamic braking characteristics of wet clutch for winch under different working conditions,a test bench was designed and the braking characteristics of clutch under different working conditions were analyzed.The structure and control principle of wet clutch of winch reducer were described.The hydraulic system of the test bed was designed,including the design,selection and control of the pump station.The remote control system of the test bench was developed based on LabVIEW and PLC,and the real-time reading and saving of sensor data was realized based on Advantech data acquisition card.Finally,the clutch feedforward PID pressure closed-loop control method was proposed,the whole simulation system of the test bench was built,and the pressure control characteristics and dynamic braking characteristics of the wet clutch were simulated and verified by prototype test.The results show that the pressure hysteresis of the wet clutch control chamber is reduced by more than 80%,and the linearity of the clutch torque output is significantly improved,which meets the demand of the torque output performance test and can realize the dynamic braking characteristic test of the clutch under various typical working conditions.
