Parameter Matching and Energy Efficiency Analysis of Drive System of Energy Regenerative Reversing Mill
In order to improve the efficiency of the drive system of reversing mill and reduce its energy consumption,an electro-hy-draulic hybrid drive system of energy regeneration reversing mill was proposed.The operating condition of electro-hydraulic hybrid drive system was analyzed and the energy management strategy based on rules was proposed.Taking the rolling efficiency of reversing mill,service life of accumulator and load balance capacity as constraints,the key components of the electro-hydraulic hybrid drive system were matched.The simulation model was established in AMESim,and the driving characteristics of the proposed system were analyzed by taking energy recovery rate and energy conservation rate as evaluation indicators.The results show that the impact of the energy regener-ation electro-hydraulic hybrid drive system is significantly reduced after parameter matching,and the rolling efficiency is increased by about 13%.The efficiency of energy recovery and reuse of the system are 82%and 75%,respectively,and the energy-saving effect of the whole machine is improved by 7%.
