基于ADAMS的内曲线径向柱塞马达性能分析

为确定径向柱塞马达中不同形式的导轨内曲线对马达性能的影响,针对采用相切圆弧作为导轨内曲线的径向柱塞马达,运用数学分析方法求解导轨内曲线的轨迹方程,研究柱塞径向运动情况.同时,根据圆弧曲线导轨的相关尺寸参数,设计可以与之替换的等加速内曲线导轨.通过ADAMS软件构建马达导轨、柱塞盘、柱塞、滚柱的动力学模型,验证等加速曲线设计的合理性.在理论分析的基础上,结合动力学仿真方法,对比两种曲线形式下柱塞运动情况,进而分析不同导轨下柱塞运动规律对马达性能的影响.仿真结果表明:在相同边界条件下,选用不同形式的曲线导轨会直接影响柱塞受高压油液作用时瞬态的加速度变化情况,等加速曲线导轨下柱塞径向运动规律符合预期目标.采用合理的内曲线导轨能降低柱塞对导轨的冲击作用,减小振动,提高马达的稳定性.
Performance Analysis of Inner Curve Radial Piston Motor Based on ADAMS
In order to investigate the influence of different forms of inner curve guide on the performance of radial piston motor,the trajectory equation of inner guide curve of radial piston motor using tangent arc as inner guide curve was solved by mathematical analysis method,and the radial motion of piston was studied.At the same time,according to the relevant dimensions of the circular arc curve guide,the equal acceleration inner curve guide rail which could be replaced with it was designed.The dynamic model of the motor guide,piston plate,piston and rolling pin were constructed by ADAMS software to verify the rationality of the acceleration curve design.On the basis of theoretical analysis,coupled with dynamic simulation methods,the piston motion under the two curve forms was com-pared,and the impact of different guide curves on the motor performance was analyzed.The simulation results show that under the same boundary conditions,the selection of different curved guides will directly affect the transient acceleration variation of the piston under high-pressure hydraulic action.The adoption of a suitable internal curve guide can reduce the impact of the piston on the guide,reduce vibration and improve the stability of the motor.
