Study on the Effect of Graphene on the Vibration Characteristics of Turbine Blades
In order to ensure the safe operation of turbine blades in harsh environments,a protective coating is applied to the sur-face of the blades to improve their vibration performance.Graphene and NiCrAlY with anisotropic material parameters were added to the turbine blades to improve the vibration characteristics of the turbine blades.Based on ANSYS Workbench finite element simulation soft-ware,the modal and harmonious responses of turbine blades with and without graphene reinforcement were analyzed, and the natural fre-quencies and displacement responses of the turbine blades were compared. At the same time,a Campbell plot was drawn to analyze the resonance effect of the blade at different speeds. The results show that adding graphene, the peak amplitude response of the turbine blade decreases, the resonance point decreases, and the possibility of resonance is less likely to occur, and the vibration characteristics of the turbine blade can be improved.
