基于AMESim的对置式柱塞泵动态特性分析

在5DW150/16对置式柱塞泵工作原理的基础上,利用AMESim液压仿真软件建模,对其输出流量脉动、动态特性仿真曲线以及吸、排液阀启闭特性进行分析。研究结果表明:对置式柱塞泵的柱塞腔压力存在超调现象,且柱塞直径与流量脉动率成正比。此外,曲轴转速对流量脉动和容积效率具有重要的影响。相位分散法可以优化流量脉动率,减小吸、排液阀的启闭滞后性和流量损失,以及降低工作过程中的噪声。通过对吸、排液阀的弹簧刚度和弹簧预紧力参数进行优化分析,验证了液压仿真模型的有效性和准确性。
Dynamic Characteristics Analysis of Opposed Piston Pump Based on AMESim
Based on the working principle of 5DW150/16 opposed piston pump,the output flow pulsation,dynamic characteristic simulation curve and the opening and closing characteristics of the suction valve and discharge valve were analyzed by using AMESim hydraulic simulation software.The results show that the pressure of the plunger cavity of the opposed piston pump has overshoot phenom-enon,the diameter of the plunger is proportional to the flow pulsation rate.The crankshaft speed has an important influence on the flow pulsation and volumetric efficiency.The phase dispersion method can optimize the flow pulsation rate,reduce the opening and closing hysteresis and flow loss of suction and discharge valves,and reduce the noise in the working process.Through the optimization analysis of the spring stiffness and spring preload parameters of the suction valve and discharge valve,the effectiveness and accuracy of the hydrau-lic simulation model are verified.
