Simulation and Experiment of SMA-Spring-Driven Bladder Distribution Valve
In view of the problems of long alternating opening and closing time and lag in the existing bladder distribution valve,a new shape memory alloy(SMA)spring-driven bladder distribution valve was proposed.The driving force model and finite element sim-ulation model of the bladder distribution valve were established.The compression and closure impact of the gasket shape on the urethra and ureters was simulated and analyzed,and the structure of the valve core was optimized.A simulation experiment platform was built to experimentally study the driving characteristics,urine rate and reverse flow characteristics and opening and closing characteristics of the bladder distribution valve.The results show that the scheme of SMA spring-driven rigid valve core bladder distribution valve is feasible,the mathematical model is effective and practical,the urethra and ureters alternate opening and closing time is short without lag,and the opening and closing characteristics are good.When the bladder pressure is 7 kPa,the urinary flow rate is greater than 10 mL/s,and the urinary flow rate and reverse flow rate are conform to the laws of human urodynamics.
