角接触球轴承热性能仿真与实验

以角接触球轴承 7005C为研究对象,基于其热生成实验,采用热网络方法建立角接触球轴承的热节点。利用有限元软件对轴承温度场进行仿真,仿真结果与理论计算结果较为吻合。利用实验台对轴承进行了实验,证明了热网络方法的有效性。轴承转速对轴承的工作温度有显著影响,这与热网络方法的分析结果一致,验证了热网络方法求解轴承温度的可行性,为后续研究电机和滚动轴承的传热规律奠定了基础。
Simulation and Experimental of Thermal Performance of Angular Contact Ball Bearings
Based on the experiment of heat generation of angular contact ball bearing 7005C,the thermal node of angular contact ball bearing was established by thermal network method.The temperature field of bearing was simulated by finite element software,and the simulation results were in good agreement with the theoretical calculation results.The bearing was tested by the test bench,and the experimental results proved the effectiveness of the thermal network method.It is found that the bearing speed has a significant effect on the operating temperature of the bearing,which is consistent with the analysis results of the thermal network method,the feasibility of the thermal network method is verified to solve the bearing temperature,and lays a foundation for the subsequent study of the heat transfer law of the motor and rolling bearing.
