变速曲轴水平度的在线测量装置及方法

曲轴水平度的实时检测可保证其加工质量,而曲轴精加工的不同工况需要匹配不同的转速,实际采用人工手持水平仪存在易伤工件表面、无法实现在线测量等问题。针对此,提出多传感器融合非接触在线测量曲轴水平度的方法。利用六面棱体同步标定激光位移传感器;建立六面棱体特征点位移和旋转角度的映射关系,进而实时获得加工过程中相同旋转角下各主轴颈和曲柄销的水平度。与三坐标测量结果进行对比,该方法测量的水平度误差小于 6%,验证了该方法的可行性。该测量方法克服了传统检测方法效率低、误差大的缺点,不仅提高了加工过程的连续性和自动化水平,而且在保证加工质量的同时减少了停机时间,在各种尺度的曲轴在线测量方面具有广泛的应用前景。
Online Measurement Device and Method for Levelness of Variable Speed Crankshaft
Real time detection of crankshaft levelness is important to ensure its machining quality,and different working conditions of crankshaft precision machining require matching different rotational speeds.The commonly used manual handheld level in practice has problems such as easy to damage the surface of the workpiece and inability to achieve online measurement.In view of this,a multi-sen-sor fusion non-contact online measurement method for crankshaft levelness was proposed.The laser displacement sensor was synchro-nously calibrated using a hexahedral prism.Then,the mapping relationship between the displacement of the hexahedral prism feature points and the rotation angle was established,and the levelness of each spindle neck and crank pin under the same rotation angle during the machining process was obtained in real time.Compared with the results of coordinate measurement,the levelness error measured by this method is less than 6%,the feasibility of the method is verified.This measurement method overcomes the disadvantages of low effi-ciency and large error of the traditional detection method,which not only improves the continuity and automation level of the machining process,but also reduces the downtime while ensuring the processing quality,which has broad application prospects in online measure-ment of crankshafts at various scales.
