挖掘机分布式独立电液控制系统试验台研究

为了深入研究电液泵控伺服系统在工程机械上的应用,设计分布式独立电液控制系统试验台。采用双排量定量柱塞泵代替定量齿轮泵,参考电液伺服闭式泵控技术,得到液压结构和电控框架。完成了液压系统中相关元件的参数选型、测控系统硬件选型、工控机和数据采集卡的具体参数选取,并建立了Simulink Realtime实时系统。最后,在不同目标流量下对试验台进行测试。当目标流量分别为 12、24、48 L/min时,平均绝对误差分别为 0。46、0。38、0。96,均方根误差分别为 0。505、0。50、1。39。在电机变转速和定负载压力下,测试流量曲线均能很好地跟踪目标流量曲线。该试验台实现了流量、压力、位移等信号的采集,为挖掘机分布式独立电液控制系统的深入研究提供了试验基础。
Research on Distributed Independent Electro-Hydraulic Control System Test Bench for Excavators
In order to deeply study the application of electro-hydraulic pump control servo system in engineering machinery,a dis-tributed independent electro-hydraulic control system test bench was designed.The double displacement quantitative piston pump was used to replace the quantitative gear pump.The hydraulic structure and electronic control frame were obtained with reference to the elec-tro-hydraulic servo closed pump control technology.The parameters selection of related components in hydraulic system,hardware selec-tion of measurement and control system,specific parameters selection of industrial computer and data acquisition card were completed,and Simulink Realtime real-time system was established.Finally,the test bench was tested under different target flow.When the target flow rate is 12 L/min,24 L/min and 48 L/min,the average absolute error is 0.46,0.38 and 0.96,and the root-mean-square error is 0.505,0.50 and 1.39,respectively.Under varying motor speed and constant load pressure,the test flow curve can track the target flow curve well.The test bench can collect the signals of flow,pressure and displacement,which provides experimental basis for the further study of the distributed independent electro-hydraulic control system of excavator.
