基于IIoT+共享的模块数字化装配系统研究与应用

针对企业产品在生产过程中的特性及当前装配系统存在设备/工具扩展难、不同产品适应难、设备可扩展性差、柔性差及建设成本高的问题,设计基于IIoT+共享的模块数字化装配系统。基于先进的信息技术、生产模式及管理理念制定详细研究方案;以柔性化、智能化为核心,结合企业生产特性及当前问题进行详细设计;最后,选取企业典型的生产场景进行应用分析,验证新型装配系统先进性。结果表明:该装配系统具备智能化、低成本、高柔性、可快速配置等特性,可实现企业生产过程的"提质增效、节本降耗",降低生产过程对人员技能的依赖,可推动企业生产模式的转型升级,增强企业的核心竞争力。
Research and Application of Modular Digital Assembly System Based on IIoT+Sharing
In view of the characteristics of enterprise product production process and the existing problems such as difficult equip-ment/tool expansion,difficult adapting to different products,poor equipment scalability,poor flexibility and high construction costs,a modular digital assembly system based on IIoT+sharing was designed.A detailed research plan was developed based on advanced infor-mation technology,production models and management concepts.Combined with the production characteristics of the enterprise and cur-rent problems,a detailed design was carried out with flexibility and intelligence as the core.Finally,the typical production scenarios of enterprises were selected for application analysis to verify the progressiveness of the new assembly system.The results show that the as-sembly system has the characteristics of intelligent,low cost,high flexibility,and fast configuration,which can achieve"quality and effi-ciency improvement,cost saving and consumption reduction"in the enterprise production process,the dependence of production proces-ses on personnel skills is reduced,which can promote the transformation and upgrading of the enterprise production mode,and enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise.
