多点驱动精密伺服压机控制系统研究与开发

传统机械式压力机难以适应未来的工作需求,针对此,设计开发一款满足企业使用需求的伺服压机控制系统。以压力机控制系统为主要研究对象,压力机的主体结构采用"伺服电机+减速机构+滚珠丝杠"的形式,采用 4 台伺服电机同步加载的方式实现合模与分模;控制系统以工控机为上位机,以运动控制器为下位机,采用模块化设计思想实现压力机的自动化控制。通过实验验证对该压力机系统控制软件进行调试运行,基本能够实现压力机产品的自动化运行,且具有较高的运行精度。
Research and Development of Multi-point Drive Precision Servo Press Control System
The traditional mechanical presses are not well-suited for future work requirements.In view of this,a servo press control system was developed to meet the operational needs of enterprises.Taking the press control system as the main research object,the struc-ture of"servo motor+deceleration mechanism+ball screw"was used in the main structure of the press,the synchronous loading of four servo motors was used to realize the mold and separation of the mold;the industrial controller was used as the upper machine in the con-trol system,the motion controller was used as the lower machine,and the modular design idea was used to realize the automatic control of the press operation.Through the experiment verification of the press system control software,it can basically realize the automatic op-eration of the press product with high operation accuracy.
