高精度超高压装置在两面顶压机液控系统中的应用

科研型大腔体静高压两面顶压机(Walker型二级 6/8 增压装置)的实验工艺对于高精度的超压、卸压要求极高,目前的液控系统超压速率为 0。5 MPa/s,不足以满足实验工艺需求。针对此问题,开发一种高精度液控系统,包括微量超高压油泵超压装置和动态卸压技术。研究超压、卸压过程的周期性波动,确保该液控系统在全工艺流程状态下输出高压油容积稳定、准确,以及系统升压、卸压过程的平稳可靠。在自主研制的 30 MN两面顶压机(Walker型二级 6/8 增压装置)进行了实验验证,液控系统可达到 63 MPa的超高压,卸压速度为 0。004 76 MPa/s,小于 0。008 MPa/s,满足了对超硬材料进行实验研究的控压精度。该系统作为科研型大腔体静高压两面顶压机的动力装置,保证了高精度的超高压升压、卸压过程,促进国内高校、科研机构的高压科学实验压机液控系统的国产化发展。
Application of High Precision Ultra-high Pressure Device in Hydraulic Control System of Two-Sided Top Press
The experimental process of the research type large chamber static high pressure two-sided top press(Walker type two-stage 6/8 booster device)has high requirements for high-precision overpressure and pressure relief,the current overpressure rate of the hydraulic control system is 0.5 MPa/s,which is insufficient to meet the requirements of the experimental process.In view of the prob-lem,a high-precision hydraulic control system was developed,including of a micro-ultra-high pressure oil pump overpressure device and a dynamic pressure relief mode.The periodic fluctuation of the overpressure and pressure relief process was studied to ensure the stable and accurate output of high-pressure oil volume in the whole process,and the stability and reliability of the system's pressure lift-ing and pressure relief process.The experiment was conducted in the independently developed 30 MN double-sided top press(Walker type two-stage 6/8 pressurization device).The hydraulic control system can reach the ultra-high pressure of 63 MPa,and the pressure relief rate is 0.004 76 MPa/s,which is less than 0.008 MPa/s,meeting the pressure control accuracy of the experimental research on superhard materials.As the power device of the research type large chamber static and high-pressure two-sided top press,the system ensures the high-precision pressure lifting and pressure relief unloading process with ultra-high pressure,and promotes the domestic development of the hydraulic control system of the high pressure scientific experimental press in universities and scientific research in-stitutions.
