双作用液压打桩锤液压系统建模及动态特性研究

针对液压打桩锤打击过程中流量、压力动态变化较大及流量、压力的非线性耦合特性,建立双作用液压打桩锤液压系统的动力学模型,采用数值法求解液压打桩锤运动的动力学模型,以超大型液压打桩锤的相关数据为基础,研究液压系统参数匹配对锤芯位移、速度、加速度等动态特性的影响。仿真结果表明:通过合理匹配蓄能器充气压力、液阻、液压油源流量等关键参数,可优化打桩锤的动态特性,实现打击速度快、系统稳定性好的控制效果。
Modeling and Dynamic Characteristics Study on the Hydraulic System of Double Acting Hydraulic Pile Hammer
Aiming at the significant dynamic changes in flow and pressure during the impact process of hydraulic pile hammer,as well as the nonlinear coupling characteristics of flow and pressure,a dynamic model of the double acting hydraulic pile hammer hydrau-lic system was established.The numerical method was used to solve the dynamic model of hydraulic pile hammer motion.Based on the relevant data of ultra large hydraulic pile hammer,the influence of hydraulic system parameter matching on the dynamic characteristics of hammer core displacement,velocity,acceleration,etc.was studied.The simulation results show that the dynamic characteristics of the pile hammer can be optimized by reasonably matching the key parameters such as charging pressure of the accumulator,hydraulic resist-ance,and hydraulic oil source flow rate,the control effects of fast striking speed and good system stability can be realized.
