Design and Application of Direct Acting Water-Based Digital Throttle Valve
Aiming at the problem of large load and high motor power of large flow direct acting water-based digital throttle valve,a hydraulic balanced digital throttle valve was designed,while retaining the advantages of high open-loop position control accuracy of direct acting digital throttle valve,it could overcome the shortcomings of large driving force required by direct acting large flow valve.The working principle of hydraulic balance digital throttle valve and its application testing system were introduced,and the design parameters of the throttle valve were obtained by the test conditions.The driving force required for the valve core at different openings was obtained through Fluent simulation.The simulation results show that the hydraulic pressure of the compensation ring on the surface of the valve core is balanced with the flow force of the valve core,and the purpose of reducing the driving force of the valve core is successfully achieved.The AMESim simulation results and experimental data prove that the performance of the hydraulic balanced digital throttle valve meets the use requirements.
