Aiming at the problems of traditional reliability allocation method for CNC machine tool has problems such as ignoring the randomness and fuzziness of expert decision-making processes,as well as the mutual influence between subsystems,a reliability al-location method combining cloud model and decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory(DEMATEL)method for CNC machine tools was proposed.The cloud model was used to quantitatively represent the decision-making language of experts,the impact of random-ness and fuzziness in the decision-making process was reduced,and the TOPSIS method was used to obtain the reliability allocation co-efficients of subsystems.DEMATEL method was used to analyze the mutual influence between subsystems,and the reliability allocation coefficient was modified to obtain the comprehensive reliability allocation coefficient of the subsystems,and a reasonable allocation of re-liability for CNC machine tools was achieved.Finally,the advantages of the proposed method are demonstrated by comparing with tradi-tional methods.
