摘要
本研究旨在探讨就业社会支持对高职应届毕业生就业焦虑的影响,以及生涯适应力的中介作用.研究表明,就业社会支持与高职应届毕业生的就业焦虑水平呈负相关,同时生涯适应力在就业社会支持与就业焦虑之间起到了中介作用.研究对于进一步完善高职学生的就业服务和提高其职业竞争力具有重要的现实意义.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of employment social support on the employment anxiety of higher vocational graduates,and the mediating role of career adaptability.The research shows that employment social support is negatively correlated with the employment anxiety level of higher vocational graduates,while career adaptability plays an mediation ole between employment social support and employment anxiety.This study has great practical significance for further improving the employment service for vocational students and upgrading their career competitiveness.
