"双高校"与独立学院合并转设路径的必要性及可行性研究

摘要
《关于加快推进独立学院转设工作的实施方案》(教发厅[2020]2号)指明了省内优质高职高专与独立学院合并转设为职业本科院校的路径.现行政策对高职高专院校独立升格本科提出较高要求的形势下,探究"双高校"与独立学院合并转设升本的路径具有必要性,同时该合并转设路径亦具有可行性,能够为"双高校"升格本科提供路径参考.
Abstract
"The Implementation Plan on Accelerating the Transformation of Independent Colleges"(Education and Development Office[2020]No.2)sets the path for the provincial high-quality higher vocational colleges and independent colleges to be merged into vocational colleges.Under the situation that the current policy puts forward higher requirements for the independent upgrading of undergraduate programs in vocational colleges and universities,it is necessary to explore the path of merger and transfer of"double high colleges"and independent colleges to upgrade to undergraduates,and at the same time,the merger and transfer path is also feasible,which can provide a path reference for the upgrading of"double high colleges"to undergraduates.
